single payer lawyer system in the US. Costs of lawyers can be outrageous at times, but competent legal representation is a human right that all people deserve.

So, hopefully, they will encourage Congress to pass some legislation that caps and controls lawyer fees and brings them under a govt bureaucracy tasked with funding and oversight.
