It's not an easy fix. And, when recognized black leaders are people like Al Sharpton there is nothing that is actually going to change. If problems are solved then he is no longer needed.
Dem's and Rep's both suck. But, if I were making decisions in those communities I'd tell the dem's and their abortion clinics to gtfo. Like Sharpton, if problems are actually solved they are no longer needed. Welfare is necessary but is not a long term solution obviously. Education and creating self worth are the long term goals. You'd think with as much as dem's love to tax the **** out of us that they'd want to turn as many people as possible into tax payers. But, I guess the last thing they'd want is an educated people who are making voting decisions with their wallets.
