Not in the US at the rate blacks are killing blacks.

They are killing each other at a rate that exceeds every other race by a large margin, including others that also face racism. Poverty is a simplistic answer but studies have shown it is much more about the situation kids are raised in (specifically having both parents somewhat present) vs wealth. Studies of rates of single parents raising kids across races find show a strong correlation with likelihood of spending time in prison. Unfortunately around 2/3 of black kids find themselves in this situation. On the other end of the spectrum Asians do much better than whites and it shows not only in prison rates, but education, wealth etc.

All races tend to kill more of their own, its just the rate that blacks do it that should make people upset. Unfortunately no one seems to care, not even many blacks apparently
