How does someone without transportation go to a job? but can't find their way to a polling station?
How the **** can you keep a straight face saying this when they have the option of having their own cars, ordering a taxi, or an uber, or public transportation, asking a friend, or any other zillion options?
You wouldn't be able to name one person that actually fits this description you are talking about.
