Obviously we don't know his private portfolio setup, but I have to think all his companies are separate Legal Entities and a failure of the Rams would not infect any of the other companies.
That way, he could declare BK on the Rams, walk away and force the league to have to deal with the issues.
I'd love that outcome too.
The one thing that is tricky though, is that this new stadium is such a multipurpose stadium as you mentioned. Do the cost liabilities fall on the Rams or a different Kroenke entity? or multiple Kroenke entities? Would the Rams get all the venue profits or only football profits? I'm not sure how that works, or that it is even available information that we'd ever have.
