needed care for a pandemic that for the most part is confined to NYC.

If you draw a 150 mile circle around NYC you will encompass over half the cases and deaths in the US. But the response has been to shut down all fifty states.

And we still have governors extending shut down orders in states that have hardly been touched by this. This does not need a national response, it does not even need a statewide response. Local leaders should be looking at the data and making informed, not hysterical, decisions from that.

KC should not have the same response as NYC. Columbia should not have the same response as KC and Marshall should not have the same response as Columbia. One size fits all solutions are silly here.
