not every senior will return. There will be no roster limits next year. After that, rosters will be cut down to normal size again and players without the talent level won't make the cut. It will be a 1 year mess but will allow seniors to get their senior year.

Also, schools don't have to bring seniors back and they don't have to pay them any scholarship money if they do come back. If a program doesn't want to deal with it, they can just let their seniors go. I think that is the best way to do it. Let each program decide what is best for itself and it's student athletes.
