Nothing in the Executive Branch is independent of supervision. Everyone has a boss and the ultimate boss is the POTUS. Why do you think Durham's investigation, a criminal investigation is a partisan political process? Did you think Obama's DOJ was partisan when they let Hillary and her henchmen escape prosecution?
