I think he'll be safe into the 2021-2022 season, no matter what, just because of his buyout (unless his team next year is KA-level bad). Beyond that, not so sure.

I like the idea of him as our coach - stresses defense first and his guys play hard, high character guy who doesn't seem to cheat, good role model for the guys on the team. But I also want a winning team and will be perfectly comfortable with a different coach in a year or two if it moves in that direction.
