At the time it seemed as if it was exactly what the program needed, and it was a slam dunk hire.

It didn't work out as planned, and Sterk agreed to a really dumb contract that means he will be here for a little while longer.

I hope he can turn it around, but he's not going to. Time to start looking for a new coach now, and make sure it is the right hire.
