Overpay and he is really inexperienced and I don't expect him to be here more than 3 seasons.

My hope is that the best case here is that he can go out and get us a really good bowl game once or twice and make this a more attractive job for the next guy.

I think Blake Anderson would've been a better guy, given his has a lot of experience and has won his conference also (with his own players).

I'd give the hire a C. Mostly because of initial cost.

Now, I don't expect much this season. Happy with 7 wins and a bowl opportunity.
