I'm 70 and no longer eligible for jury duty where I live (an ageist hate crime by the .gov).
'Twere I still eligible I would NEVER EVER find any person guilty of a so called hate crime. I'd hang the jury every time.
If you steal my **** and burn it you're guilty of petty or grand theft. Period. What you do with my stolen **** is of no concern, you owe ME for my ****.
