hearing was when Horowitz was asked basically shouldn't the investigation have been shut down once Steele's sub source was interviewed and undercut all of Steele's claims. Horowitz agreed and said that there were text messages from agents asking one another why they were still investigating Page. so logically those agents he's referring to would have ****canned it, but were obviously not the decision-makers. so who was making that decision to keep a tainted investigation open and why?
