clarified that there was evidence of bias all over the place and that he didn't get satisfactory answers as to why all the errors occurred. all he said is that he couldn't conclusively prove whether it was just general ineptness or b/c of bias so he was not able to make a determination. he just said that opening of the investigation was not biased, but from there..... he's not so sure.

it was funny the dems during their questioning were basically trying to get him to admit that the errors are systemic rather than specific to the Trump investigation.
