with your crappy benefits. I wouldn't be surprise if you lose more people due to them looking for better jobs while they're on leave then you have returning from leave, which means you are spending more money then you should.

You don't have to be an employer to be able to think of the benefits of this. Paid parental leave benefits your employees, you the employer, and society.

Do you care for your employee's happiness or are you they just mindless drones that do your bidding?
