It's really hard to criticize or admire the prowess of Sterk's hiring ability on this one until we see who our next coach is.

I like the majority of the names I've seen floating around and would be fine with trading any of them for Odom (not knowing the future results yet of course) but there are a few that would bother me greatly because it's not like Odom was a bottom of the barrel kind of coach that justifies any stab in the dark.
