Better be a damn good coach who can stand getting his teeth kicked in by the SEC teams for a few years.

Sec job
Very good facilities
Decent recruiting area geographically
Sec money and bennies
Has had success in the 2000's

Minuses
Probation
The 2015 debacle and effect on donations and fan base
Lukewarm fan base and attendance problems
Whimpy, PC Administration
Despite what some say, pretty average P5 talent in the hopper.
