no quid pro quo. so no offering of any "undue" reward and nothing was undertaken by Ukraine that inclined them/him to do a thing against the known rules of honesty and integrity.

btw, impeach him. I do not care. he will never be convicted and it will help him in battleground districts. so be my guest.
