This isn't about convicting Trump for bribery, it's about whether he can be impeached. It might be fair to say that similar accusations could have been made against Obama, but you're not in a position to impeach him now and I doubt you'd be able to gather enough evidence of a crime to indict him on criminal charges. Trump, as a sitting POTUS, is subject to impeachment.
