it's not a weak case. it's a slam dunk case. he is literally RECORDED lying! He lied to FBI Agents and to the OIG. He leaked, then lied, was given the opportunity to correct his lie, and the lied again! And on top of his leaking and lying he tried to blame his own leak on other agents then lied about that.

and if flynn is prosecuted for lying about a perfectly legal phone call that they were aware of b/c he was illegally unmasked to begin with then McCabe certainly deserves to be charged.

i'd also love the example of you saying law enforcement shouldn't be held to the same standard let alone a higher standard.
