substantiate your claim that the GJ issued a no true bill.

you don't even know if a GJ was actually convened. it's been reported that it was re-called but GJ proceedings are secret and thus if someone revealed that they too committed a crime.

But let's assume it was recalled the other day, it still means nothing. maybe they are still hearing evidence.
