I wouldn't consider KC a recruiting hotbed. They've been putting 2-3 guys in D1 the last few years. STL is more a recruiting hotbed, but the mentality of a lot of those kids is to not go to MU. Even Cuonzo is realizing how hard it is to recruit STL consistently. The mindset of the most oft the elite talent is to go elsewhere.
