derp derp. Maybe he punted on this case b/c he spent 3 years going after big democrat icon, Sprush Splindbaugh.


It was only after the State DA punted on Epstein did the Feds (and Acosta) pick up the case. I don't know what lead to the plea deal, but you should note that the deal was for him to plea guilty to STATE charges.

Guess who handled the punishment for those state charges (P.S. not the feds)
