That doesn't even make sense. For one, he was arraigned on State charges of prostitution ... which was ridiculous to even begin with (claiming the minors were prostitutes). If Acosta is to be believed (which should be verifiable), the State of FL was about to cut a deal with Epstein that required no jail time. It was then when the Feds stepped in.
