was told that going after Epstein was "above his pay grade" and that Epstein belonged to "intelligence" and to leave it alone?

Let me see, who was Acosta's bosses when that plea deal went down? Who would have told him such things?

I don't care what happens to Acosta, I'm more interested in the answer to the questions above.
