just not sure how it applies in this situation.

But to expand, what would happen if she were? What do you do with the 7 kids? I'm assuming, of course, that dad is a citizen and they'd stay with him, just like any other family where one parent gets sent to jail. But what if he was in on it too? Then what in the hell do you do? Talk about a tough spot for the folks prosecuting and judging the case.....
