NY? Even though NY and CA have a lot of reps a vast majority are already blue, freezing out the GOP does not really net the Dems many seats.

The Midwest is as deeply red as the coastal states are blue and there are a lot more states in flyover country. The GOP would pick up as many seats as the Dems with your plan. And the GOP would completely control half the legislative branch.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
