I should maybe try to read and comprehend his approach now and then.
I could do that and be more like you, "with no idea what he is expert in...."
Is bail based solely or partly on the resources of the defendant? Is flight risk a factor? Is the nature of the crime a factor? Is criminal history a factor? Is danger to the community a factor?
Or only the resources of the defendant?
He suggest that it "be around" flight risks. What does that mean?
He also SEEMED TO SUGGEST that liberty be the starting point vs jail during the trial time. What does that mean, the starting point?
