I understand that you do not wish to have a centrally planned society...But you always talk about contracts and private police, and private courts.
Those work well when you have a contract in place...however, most of our interactions with others are not done under any sort of contracts, which is where laws can cover the balance on dealing with stuff like this.
It is at these lines where I depart from you and do believe we need some centralized control, but it should solely be around infringement of rights and areas where contracts are not likely to be found.
