I don’t know what you want explained. Everyone is a unique individual. Just because humanity is inherently cooperative that doesn’t mean every action by every individual is going to be cooperative
Would your natural rights society imprison them, violating their right to freedom and association?
I don’t know. I’m not centrally planning a society. But that’s a possibility
