We aren't denying that part right?
Then, how do we expect not to have some harsh punishments?
We can claim all we want that it was 1 rogue employee - unfortunately, even if true, that is also the same case a guilty party would make to try and scapegoat blame.
Is our argument really, "we caught it, we handled it, just trust us and let us handle this"
Cause if that is the case... then we are saying the NCAA is essentially a meaningless, useless bureaucracy. Yet, we are too chicken chit to just come out and say that.
