What was Santos slow in doing? Short of grabbing the person, the D's only responsibility is to not move sideways too late into the off. If the D is still he can, by the rules that refs ignore constantly, take any damn position he wants. And, he can backpedal straight back

I don't expect fans to know much but the goddam referees are destroying the game for many.
