Perkins looks good when in the Nickel I agree but not great either. Of course if we had better DE it would of elevated everything I will admit that. The Back end had a lot of pressure on them...to rush the passer and defend. It was like playing 9 on 11 at times.

Truth is I'm not a big fan of Odom scheme over all, some Tampa 2, some odd front, man with zone etc. I'm not sure our talent wouldn't be better served to be more basic and just win the games we should and probably get routed by the UGA/Bama.

I get his idea he thinks to beat the elite you have to run this scheme. He reminds me a bit of Eberflus who ran to complicated of a scheme for the talent we had. That is why we got better under Stec, less complicated.
