I agree it's who you know not what you can teach etc. That is a given. Grinch is good, and it's hard to quantify just how much of a impact Brian as a OLB coach had on the defense and what explicitly his duties was. Did he have a impact when we went Nickle did he coach any of the DE when we went odd front etc. I mean just coaching our Sam basically did he have that much of a impact.
