What someone with the limited mental capacity of rasky doesn't get is the more rules, the more regulation, the more restrictions placed on people only benefits the wealthy he despises.
The bizarre belief that there are no elite and extremely wealthy people in a socialist society above the rules imposed by government on the little guy is pure stupidity.
