i don't think it's analagous b/c the wall has not been built

to this standard.
if they build it (properly) and it doesn't work (which of course it will work) and they say, "oh it failed we need more money", then we can have that discussion.
but aside from that, I think most education is about parenting or lack thereof and it's never been proven that throwing money at education by building a fancy school was effective.
on the other hand, where the wall has been built it's been proven to be effective.
