I was a field investigator. My investigation reports were submitted to case review officers, supervisors, inside legal counsel and/or a DOJ prosecutor. The upwardly mobile hires were often hidden amongst the CROs. My cases were rarely reviewed by one of these people.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
