No, I can see how OCare isnt great in all areas.

I can also see that it has helped in others.

The cost of HC is down relative to the direction it was headed/projected, plus the massive increase in Rx drug prices and usage.

Also, more is covered than it used to be.

Those are good things.

I also see that High Deductible plans are not good. With costs rising the way they have, I dont attribute the rise of High Deductible plans being a direct result of OCare, however.
