OCare? Thats news to me.
The NPR article has nothing to do with OCare. Guy dropped out of the military as he was about to be deployed and got screwed by his work insurance that he tried to get into 2 days before his baby was born.
Did you even read the Time piece you linked?
It says that HC costs increased, but lower than what was expected (and averaged in years prior), they cover MORE, and prescription expenditures have soared.
