The nut job was in the middle of the road he clearly was a danger to himself and others by being in the middle of the road, he was showing wanted disregard for his and other safety. You guys have no common sense at all and clearly have the hate on for the police. Any driver on the road should not be put in danger because some jack off is ignorant and in the middle of the road. The police have a obligation to enforce safety and to remove the rabble off the street.

Sure he moved out of the road when the cop showed but who's to say he wouldn't be right back in it once the cop left.

If our police force is going to be hamstrung and not given the tools to remove knave's in the interest of public safety then let's get rid of the police and just let the armed citizens take action with impunity and without over site.
