You guys are idiots the damn ass was in the middle of the street with head phones....the cop had to determine if he was drunk/High or mentally unstable. If some one would of ran him over or they swerved to miss him and hit another vehicle tree etc... it would of caused emotional and possibly physical damage to that person the cop had to analyze why he was in the road in the first place but The guy resisted the cops request to be evaluated and acted like a a**hole...Plain and simple submit to police authority or a grave and deadly consequence should be the NORM.
