But to declare him to be ultimately better than Watson is way too premature. There's a reason Watson has his rating, but some guys come better equipped to contribute right away than others, and Pickett came in prepared to do that.

Watson will take some time, but he's going to fill it up once he figures it out. He went from being a guy who always had the ball, to needing to play primarily off the ball which is a big change. Pickett never dominated the ball, and isn't now. It was an easier transition.
