Lock has been playing in the SEC for 4 years, he's had little to work with, and he's set all kinds of records.

The Giants would start him DAY ONE... you'd cut Manning 110% because he's old and he makes way to much money. So the Giants could take all the money saved from a rookie QB and cutting a nearly 30 million vet and put that money into Free agents.
