He'll ace the interviews at the Combine but won't impress with the physical workouts there (which is why he won't participate).

He won't blow anyone away with the measurables other than height but the on campus workout includes the throwing session. So he can follow an unimpressive physical workout with hopefully a Sam Bradford impressive throwing workout.

Lock has everything you want in a QB. I'm not sure how he'll do at the next level but he's cut from the Blaine Gabbert department in terms of size, arm, athleticism, IQ.
