Minded coach. One that can capitalize on his talents in a pass happy league.

If Lock goes to the wrong situation, receives bad coaching and has a revolving door of coordinators, it's not going to be good for him.

If he goes to the right team with the right staff and is allowed to absorb the game for a period of time before being tossed into the mix, he'll do well.
