So that would be a unfounded stance to take. Up until this year the status quoe was players knew they would have to sit a year. The only difference is they will have the opportunity to request a waiver. My point is denying the waiver won't hinder players from seeking to transfer if they are inclined to do so. Become a Gonzaga or Wichita State type mid major who are able to compete with the Big Boys. That's one way of curtailing the problem.
