Than transfer up from mid majors to P6 schools.

I would like a transfer rule similar to Olympic sports. 1 transfer is allowed without sitting out. A second transfer would have to redshirt or get a waiver. That would cut down on the number of transfers.


Also put significant penalties on coaches recruiting a player off of another teams roster.
