been said the NCAA can rule he can play with the former school agreeing or not.

Thats why Mizzou requested the ok from Dru's former school and when they said no we appealed to the NCAA. Now it's another story if the NCAA will overturn it or not. Just because Evansville said no does not mean it's over and done with.
