failures do so believing that he hasn't had sufficient time to turn the program around. They aren't ignoring failure; they are pointing out that it's too early to judge.
I tend to be pretty harsh with Odom, personally. I think he should be doing better than he is. I am, however, willing to give him another year of my good will if he can win 8 games this year.
