Besides your claim is ridiculous on the face. You claim that these rights are part of our nature. When I ask you to show examples of this nature throughout history you claim humans simply infringed on our nature for thousands of years before suddenly becoming enlightened to our natural state.
Sorry nature does not work that way. Animals cannot deny their nature. It may be possible for short stints when conditions require but to suggest that man ignored his nature for eons is just silly.
Which makes more sense, your position that man has always had these rights as part of his nature and simply ignored them until relatively recent history? Or that these rights are a construct of man and had prerequisites that had to be in place before these rights could come into being?
